Teaching technology
Training Style (Facilitation Technique):
- we make participants developing their own new know-how by a blend of lecturing, open discussions and group exercises. In any case every single participant is permanently heavily involved during the entire workshop. Depending on the workshop subject, facilitation is supported by Dataprojector, Overhead projections, Flipcharts, Videos or Video cameras.
Handouts:
- selected slides/pages with key lessons will be handed out to build a manual over the course of the workshop. However, participants are encouraged to make their own notes and include them in their manual. Results of group exercises stay with the participants to build a platform for later implementation in the job. Videos shot during role-plays or exercises, however, are not handed over to individuals or companies to respect the individual's integrity and to honour the participant's courage of having made mistakes in public.
Group size:
- ideally around 15. If there are less than 10 participants the group lacks diversity and therefore creativity. If there are more than 20 participants individual involvement drops significantly.
