Structuring Sales & Delivery Routes
PROGRAM OBJECTIVE:
Develop or improve existing Sales and Delivery Routes to allow better Customer Service at optimal costs.
- Remark: investments (in fleet and/or manpower) might be required to implement the result of the workshop
TARGET GROUP:
- Sales Managers
- Dispatch Managers
TOPICS COVERED:
- Overview of available S&D Systems
- Organising an outlet/Customer census and analysing the database
- Calculating the most likely necessary infrastructure (manpower, transportation)
- Route Structuring
- Call sequencing
- Ongoing Route Management
DURATION:
Minimum 2 days, however 3 days strongly recommended to allow sufficient time to give initial assistance during implementation. Option: workshop executed in 2 instalments: day 1: S&D Systems and Database; after having carried out an outlet census additional 2 days for Route structuring.
